Mr Paul Whiting 
Managing Director 
Paul has been an operational front line Firefighter since 1994, serving in the MOD Fire service & Atomic Weapons Establishment Fire Service and is currently very proud to be serving with a County Fire & Rescue service in the south of the UK. His current operational role is that of a Wholetime Watch Manager and he is also qualified as an instructor in both Working at Heights operations & Breathing Apparatus. 
 
Paul is qualified as an A1 Assessor and an accident investigator and can operate at 
Silver command level. Academically Paul also holds qualifications in the 
Institute of Leadership & Management level 2 and a BTEC level 5 
Professional awards in Interactive Management & is a Graduate of the 
Institute of Fire Engineers. 
 
Mr Tony Whiting  
Operations Director 
Tony has been an operational front line fire fighter for 18 years, currently serving with one of the Home Counties Fire and Rescue services in both Whole time and RDS roles as well as starting his career as an airport fire-fighter at Oxford Airport. 
 
As a PTTLS trained instructor carrying both NEBOSH and a wide range of FPA qualifications Tony is responsible for delivering the service delivery element of the company, whilst ensuring that at all times the company complies fully with prescribed guidance documents as well as the exacting professional standards we require as a company. 
 
Tony also holds qualifications in the Institute of Leadership & Management level 3 and a BTEC level 5 Professional awards in Interactive Management. Tony has managed numerous high profile events across the UK, most notable of which was managing the fire crews at The Leeds Rock Festival which attracted 70,000 spectators. He also managed the medical teams at the World Motocross Championships held at Matterley Basin in Hampshire in 2012, and more recently was the commander of the whole of the UK element of Rescue teams for Red bull Air races, with a team over of 65 people each day under his control, including Boat teams, Fire and Rescue team and the medical team.
